A Neighbor Testifies During Tory Lanez Trial & Says They Saw A Woman Fire 1st Shot
The Tory Lanez shooting trial continues.
A neighbor, Sean Kelly, who witnessed the altercation, testified. Sean said he saw a woman fire the first shot from the window of his home.
Reporter Meghann Cuniff, sitting in on the case, said, "[Sean] said he awoke to noises and saw two women violently fighting by the car. He saw a flash and believes it was coming from one of the girls." Sean also said he saw the two women fighting, pulling hair.
Tory Lanez's lawyer, George Mgdesyan, questioned Sean and asked, "Did you see a muzzle flash?" Sean replied, "Yes," and added, 'About the same time that the smallest individual got out of the car.'
Sean referred to Tory as a "small guy" and shared what he saw. Sean said he saw "more flashes" after Tory got out of the car and never heard anyone say, "dance b*tch," as Megan claimed.
Sean also said again that he saw a woman shoot, but he didn't know it was a gun and thought it was fireworks.
Today (December 21) a judge will decide if Tory will testify.
